In 2022, Collier County notched its highest-ever home sale.

A beachfront estate in Aqualane Shores fetched $62 million – breaking the previous record by $10 million.

With six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, the sprawling abode, with a living area of more than 11,800 square feet under air, sold in late June, at its asking price.

Collier County

1. 25 16th Ave. S., Aqualane Shores
Price: $62 million

Year built: 2014

Square feet: 11,861

Features: Included six bedrooms, a glass wine room, a gourmet kitchen, a game room and a second-level pool.

Lee County

1. 110 Saint Eustacius Lane, Barefoot Beach
In 2022, this waterfront home on Barefoot Beach sold for the highest price in Lee County.
Price: $16.1 million

Year built: 1997

Square feet: 5,269

Features: Three-story home with two waterfront lots. Included electric shutters, a garage that could hold a 40-foot motorhome or boat, plus three large vehicles and toys, and an elevator. It offered an open plan, with huge living areas, high volume ceilings, and an audio/video system. It included four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. It sold with hurricane damage.
