Naples, Florida has been named the safest place to live in Florida, according to a recent study conducted by SimpleShowing, a real estate technology company. SimpleShowing analyzed data from the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting Program and ranked the cities based on their crime rates.
Naples emerged as the clear winner, with a crime rate of just 1.91 per 1,000 people. Weston and Satellite Beach took the second and third spots, respectively, with crime rates of 4.13 and 4.15 per 1,000 people.
The study looked at several factors, including property crime, violent crime, and total crime, to determine the overall safety of each city. Naples scored well in all categories, with a property crime rate of just 13.67 per 1,000 people and a violent crime rate of 0.94 per 1,000 people.
