In April 2025, a mystery buyer purchased three beachfront properties in Port Royal for $225 million.
The sale along Gordon Drive in Naples made national headlines as the largest residential sale in Florida’s history.
More than a year later, the same trust purchased a neighboring property — and in September, it sold one of its other three properties to a different land trust for a lot more money — adding to the intrigue.
Yasmin Saad, co-founder of The Saad Team, a luxury real estate firm in Naples, recently noted the fourth purchase on Facebook after discovering it in a data search. Although the sale happened a few months ago, it drew little attention.
She shared and public records confirmed the next-door property — at 2100 Gordon Drive — sold for $86 million to the same secretive land trust on June 10, 2026.
