Luxury in Southwest Florida has historically been synonymous with a handful of well-known boulevards in the Fifth Avenue South region of Naples, where beachfront estates have helped define the upper edge of the market.
But that definition is shifting more in Lee and Collier counties and should be in full view by Thanksgiving and in 2027.
