A newly built, move-in-ready waterfront estate in North Naples will be sold to the highest bidder.
In the Conners, Vanderbilt Beach neighborhood, the multimillion-dollar home offers bay views, with quick Gulf access. The builder behind it, Fox Premier Builders, has decided to offer it up for auction without reserve, meaning there’s not a minimum, or starting price.
The auction will be held on July 16 at 11 a.m. It’s being handled by Naples-based Elite Auctions.
The three-story, 4,751-square-foot home, completed in 2026, comes fully furnished, with almost “every amenity known to mankind,” said Randy Haddaway, a founder and CEO of Elite Auctions.
He added: “Really, the only thing you need to do is stock it with the essentials. The property is yours on auction day.”
