Naples has seen another whopping home sale.
In an “off-market” sale, a newly completed, opulent beachfront estate fetched $71 million, including furnishings.
Although it’s not the largest, the sale at 2050 Gordon Drive is one of Naples’ most significant residential transactions of the year.
The 1.58-acre estate sits within the gated Gordon Drive Estates community. It’s near Port Royal, but not in it, so it doesn’t include membership rights to the exclusive beachfront Port Royal Club — one of the primary draws for the wealthy in Naples.
