Stella Naples, a three-story enclave located in Downtown Naples featuring just 10 luxurious residences on the top two floors and a small collection of shops and offices on the first level, is reporting strong early sales since it was launched in late November.
According the Sarah Hudgins, the project’s selling agent from William Raveis Real Estate, three of the 10 residences have already been sold.
“Our downtown location is a big selling point,” noted Hudgins, “as is the fact that every residence features a private rooftop deck, which the owner can customize to fit their specific lifestyle.”
With a 14 to 16-month construction schedule, it’s estimated the residents of Stella Naples will be able to enjoy their private rooftop decks and be within walking distance to downtown Naples by the second quarter of 2023.

Ave Maria had a record-breaking 646 new home sales in 2021, placing the development on both lists as the highest-ranking community in all of Collier County.
RCLCO ranks Ave Maria 24th in its annual list of Top 50 Selling Master-Planned Communities. “With an impressive 28% growth in new home sales, Collier County’s Ave Maria has rocketed itself to the rank of 24th best-selling master-planned community in the country for 2021, following a 39th place finish in 2020. This ongoing success should be viewed as a testament to the careful planning and investment in community place-making which Barron Collier Companies has done to set the Ave Maria community apart from its competition,” states the report’s author Karl Pischke of RCLCO.
