The Naples City Council voted Wednesday, March 1,2023, to adopt Ordinance 2023-15048, which states that new buildings and structures exceeding 5000 gross square feet, and additions to buildings or structures that exceed 5000 gross square feet, will require final review and approval from the Naples City Council.
Submit complete site plans to the city to avoid delays in the review and approval process.
