Two prominent national real estate consulting agencies, RCLCO Real Estate Consulting and John Burns Real Estate Consulting, have named Ave Maria, Florida as one of the Top 25 Selling Master-Planned Communities in the United States, according to their annual reports. Ave Maria had a record-breaking 646 new home sales in 2021, placing the development on both lists as the highest-ranking community in all of Collier County.
RCLCO ranks Ave Maria 24th in its annual list of Top 50 Selling Master-Planned Communities. “With an impressive 28% growth in new home sales, Collier County’s Ave Maria has rocketed itself to the rank of 24th best-selling master-planned community in the country for 2021, following a 39th place finish in 2020. This ongoing success should be viewed as a testament to the careful planning and investment in community place-making which Barron Collier Companies has done to set the Ave Maria community apart from its competition,” states the report’s author Karl Pischke of RCLCO.
