The two-bedroom plus den, great room plan has a counter-height island kitchen with stainless steel sink, dishwasher, and food prep area. The great room, owner’s bedroom, and guest bedroom open on the balcony. The owner’s suite has double walk-in closets, his and double vanities, and glass-enclosed shower. Ronto and MHK enlarged the width of the Naples Square Biltmore floor plan’s great room, kitchen, and terrace by two feet, adding to the livability of the core living areas, allowing six glass slider opening to the terrace. The additional natural light and wider views of the courtyard are a lovely bonus. The terrace is now one foot deeper.

A full wall of cabinetry was added to the kitchen, now standard in all Biltmore residences. The redesign increased the size of the owner’s bedroom to 15-by-15 feet, 225 square feet of sleeping area, and enhanced the natural light and view with an additional panel of window glass.
